With the ProLite snare drums Sonor introduces the successor of the popular S-Classix and Delite drums. Shell made 100% from maple in vintage construction precisely manufactured shell hardware and breathtaking finishes make these drums professional tools for professional drummers. All hardware parts are rubber padded to prevent metal to wood contact. In terms of finish you can choose from gorgeous semi gloss high gloss or exotic veneer high glass lacquers. Vintage shell - Made in Germany ProLite by Sonor stands for drums with the latest in technology and excellent quality for professional demands. The ProLite shells are made from selected maple from ecologically sustainable sources. The 9 plies are constructed in the Sonor typical CLTF procedure for optimum sound and durability. The bearing edges are 45°. With the vintage construction the thickness of the ProLite maple shell is just 4mm which results in a very wide sound range. For additional stability the edges of the shell feature 2mm reinforcement rings. This results in a more focused attack with a nice warmth and crack that will truly impress you.
