I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with customer service!!! I booked a room via asia rooms, my booking was confirmed and the money drawn from my credit card. Two weeks later i contacted the hotel directly to see if they have got my booking (because of previous bad experience), they said no and that are full at this time.
It took 5 emails until somebody form Asia rooms answered to my email, with sth that was not a 10 -minutes-later automatic mashine reply. They told me to contact theit local partner at the country of booking. (!!!!)

Well, the local parnter didnt take it necessary to answer my emails. Finally i had to cancel the booking, of course having to pay all cancelation fees.
Well, this should be enough for a feedback;
